CAN I COME WATCH?

YES, absolutely! Entry is fee is $15 per day, or a week pass is $50. Children aged 7 and under are free!

Are there media packages available?

Of course! Our friends Clean Strength Media will be offering media packages. More information will be available closer to the time.

Can i get a refund if i withdraw?

Nope, sorry! We recommend only signing up once you’ve met all the requirements to reduce the likelihood that you can’t compete.

What equipment will be used on the competition platform?

We will be using all Eleiko on both Platforms, with ER racks in the warmup room (and maybe a couple of MetXT racks around).

How do i get to Nanaimo?

Fortunately the venue is situated in downtown Nanaimo, walking distance from hotels (even for the most cardio-averse powerlifters).

There are lots of options for getting to Nanaimo. Nanaimo is on the east coast of Vancouver Island. YCD airport is just outside of Nanaimo.
If you prefer to gallivant around your competition destination, you could also fly into Victoria (the capital of BC) and travel up island. Alternatively, Vancouver Airport (YVR) is a bigger and busier airport, with easy access to Nanaimo via plane, boat or heli.
